Section 30
Provisions relating to land
(1) The relevant entrepreneur shall purchase the land necessary for the industries registered in accordance with this Act or the prevailing law according to the prevailing law. However, if the entrepreneur conducting the specified industries cannot purchase the land required for the industry, the appropriate use registration agency will coordinate and facilitate the necessary coordination and facilitation in relation to the purchase of land or the provision of land.
(2) Coordination and facilitation procedures and other arrangements for providing land shall be as prescribed.
